BEACH NATIONALS 2022

For Volleyball Canada's yearly beach competition, Beach Nationals 2022 was held in Vancouver. This project helped create merchandise for them to sell, and a shirt design given only to the champions in the competition.

Design Process

The goal of the design was to get that sandy, beach, retro vibe- while matching the style of the classic Volleyball Canada's Nationals logo. Matching the brand was most important for this design. This project was a solo endeavor during my early days as a graphic designer.

Many of my first-time experiences began here. From working with a client to bringing my own ideas to the table while still keeping their vision present in the design. This also included lots of experimenting with fonts, visual icons, and color. Designs created on Adobe Illustrator.
