Type Poster ft. Gill Sans
Typography
This is a type poster where students are asked
to create an event based on the assigned typographer
while primarily using the typeface in focus.
In my case, it is Eric Gill. I've used the palette of Penguin Books (the company that popularized Gill Sans), and the iconic 'g' in this typeface which I divided it in half to show that underneath the bright exterior is the dark story behind Eric Gill himself.
